Karoline and Kolton first crossed paths thanks to his sister and brother-in-law, Kayla and Zak Koenig. After meeting a few times in social settings, Kolton finally asked Zak for Karoline’s number. Their first official date was at Greek’s 205 (Victoria) in August 2024, and from that night on, they have been inseparable.

A long distance courtship ensued, while Karoline worked at the Texas State Capitol in Austin, and Kolton was continuing his law career in Victoria. A year and a half of busy schedules, highway miles, and a demanding legislative session proved that long distance is definitely not for the faint of heart, but their love passed the test.

On March 18th, the very day Karoline moved back to Victoria, Kolton proposed on his front porch ~ a place that had become special to them through countless evenings spent on the swing in front of his Old Victoria home. At last, they are counting down the days until forever and are so grateful to celebrate their union with you in May.
